How To Place Your Order Through Veseca

Credit Card Payment Options

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments in our Online Store.

Purchase Orders and Payments by Check

To place an order using purchase orders, or if you prefer to have us invoice you, please call Veseca directly at or +1.888.439.6070.

A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due invoices.

Returns/Exchanges

Each item that is returned or exchanged must be unopened, in perfect condition, and received within 15 days, or we will not issue a credit or exchange.

Veseca must first approve your return or exchange.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Code by calling +1.888.439.6070 before shipping any materials back to Veseca. We cannot accept returned merchandise without an authorization code issued by Veseca. There are some instances when we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

A separate shipping fee will apply for exchanges.

Policy on Previews

We charge a non-refundable $250 fee plus shipping to preview one of our products. We charge your credit card $250 plus the cost to ship the item to you. We do not send invoices for previews. The $250 fee will apply towards your purchase of that item, if you decide to purchase it.

If the item is not returned to Veseca in the same condition it was shipped within 5 business days of the day you receive the item, your credit card will be charged the full retail price of the product. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping

Orders placed after 3:30 pm Eastern, 2:30 pm Central, 1:30 pm Mountain, 12:30 pm Pacific will not be processed until the following business day.

Our Secure Server provides you with the highest level of security available on the web. Any information you provide to this server cannot be viewed by any third party in transit.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the all websites owned by Veseca, including trainingresources.com, onlinediscprofile.com, and epiccredits.com. On some pages you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. However, only on secured https pages will you be asked for personal information such as:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Credit/Debit Card Information

On these secured https pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a product online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient’s address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order, respond to inquiries, or update you on your order status, or send the requested products/services. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Online orders are processed through a secured online shopping cart 1shoppingcart – a company owned by web.com. Credit cards are all process through secure gateways and merchant accounts. We use Authorize.net and Paypal Merchant Services. Each of the companies mentioned in this paragraph has their own privacy statement or policy. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. When access codes or EPIC Credits are purchased, or when an EPIC account is created, we must provide Wiley with the provided information required to send access codes or EPIC Credits to our clients/Customers or to setup an EPIC account. Wiley’s privacy policy The EPIC Administrator site (https://admin.inscape-epic.com) and EPIC Respondent site (https://www.inscape-epic.com/default.aspx and https://www.wiley-epic.com/) have received data privacy certification from the TRUSTe® Privacy Program. Companies that display the TRUSTe seal on their Web site’s privacy policy comply with the highest standards for protecting personal information. Wiley (Inscape) Publishing also complies with the EU Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. For more information regarding Wiley’s commitment to data privacy, click here.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter for updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. Once or twice a year we may send out a general email, which you can opt-out of at any time. This would generally bring to your attention a new product or price increase. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. Your information is never sold, traded or rented to any outside parties.

Behavioral Profiles and EPIC Account Privacy and Data Distribution

It is our policy that behavioral assessments are the property of the respondent. If you are purchasing an assessment for someone other than yourself, it is your responsibility to provide each respondent with a copy of their individual data. Should the respondent request their report directly from Veseca, it is our policy that we will provide them with it.

Email addresses are often gathered during the process of taking a personal assessment from our site. If a respondent requests this final copy of their report, Veseca will provide that copy directly to the respondent using the email address provided. Other examples of how a user’s email address may be used when responding to a behavioral assessment includes sending access to MyEverythingDiSC, sending email reminders to complete the assessment, resending a report or log in information.

Your personal DiSC data may be used in a team or group report at the request of an internal or external coach/facilitator for training and development purposes only. You can request that your personal data be completely removed at any time.

EPIC administrators who set up an account through Veseca will occasionally receive emails relating to important information regarding EPIC such as system and privacy updates, pricing updates, and new products. This is not a subscription service and therefore there is no opt-out feature. If you no longer wish to receive emails regarding your EPIC account, we simply request that you contact us regarding the closure of your account, which you can do at any time at no cost. Closing your account will result in your inability to continue distributing assessments and accessing your completed reports.

Cookies and Pixels

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

Veseca reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites so as to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. The Company reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.
