Team Dimensions 2.0

Using an intuitive two-dimensional model, the Team Dimensions Profile 2.0 helps individuals discover what they contribute to group projects and how they can thrive in team settings. Furthermore, the report offers personalized feedback on the respondent’s strengths and challenges when working as part of a team, and it presents information on what people of different roles may contribute to the group as well.

Team Dimensions Profile 2.0 is a value-added version of the popular Team Dimensions Profile. While staying true to the original team roles and "Z" process, the Team Dimensions Profile 2.0 report incorporates an engaging, conversational style and includes a number of enhancements. Even though the report has been expanded, it's even simpler and easier to understand than the original. The model has been enhanced as well, so it tells a story visually, making it easier to remember and reinforcing learning.

“Z PROCESS” KEEPS TEAMS MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

The Team Dimensions Profile 2.0 maps the flow of assigning roles, completing tasks, and handing off tasks to other team members through the Z Process. In this relay process, tasks are passed from Creators to Advancers, from Advancers to Refiners, and from Refiners to Executors. Flexers keep the process moving by filling gaps in the team.
