| Paula Switzer, consultant, national speaker and seminar leader, brings over 20 years of experience in working with groups and organizations. Paula has her B.S.E. in Spanish, with a minor in Speech and Communications, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources. Her rich background personifies the kind of depth and breadth of experience that she brings to her clients. |
| A former faculty member for Fred Pryor Seminars, Paula conducted seminars to thousands of people all across America. She has served as both an internal and external consultant, leading numerous continuous improvement projects as well as other organizational development activities for both management and non-management employees. |
| Paula is Past-President of the Kansas City chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and a member of NSA (National Speakers' Association). She also is an adjunct faculty member for Ottawa University-Kansas City, Johnson County Community College Center for Business & Technology and Kansas City Kansas Community College. |
| As President of Switzer Resource Group, Paula also represents three publishers of quality training materials, Inscape Publishing (formerly Carlson Learning Company), Vital Learning, and CRK Interactive. In addition, she is qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Paula also mentors a group of 25 consultants across the country, providing them with marketing and product knowledge. |
| Paula has been a high school teacher, an insurance salesperson, and a marketing representative for IBM for several years, achieving top sales awards consistently. She received the Golden Circle Award for IBM, the first year she was eligible. This is given to the top 2% of account executives worldwide. Paula has held various management positions, including manager of a customer support center, and general manager for a software development company in the long term care industry. |
